NovaPacific automotive water pumps are third-party tested and follow TUV and ISO/TS 16949:2009 certifications. In addition, each part is rigorously inspected to ensure the products we ship are free of defects.

Our inspection checkpoints include the following:

Material composition inspection by spectrum meter
Dimensions inspection including standard/special gauges and CMM
Mounting holes inspection (simulating test as on-car mounting)
100% leak inspected
100% bearing and hub fitting pressures monitored during the assembly by computerized press-assembly-machines
Impeller torque inspection
Hub and impeller run-out testing
Performance and durability testing
Accessories and package inspection before shipment
Barcode label verification
